Encik Mohd Nordin is the Managing Partner of the Firm. He has obtained his LLB (Hons) from the University of Malaya. He was with the Judicial and Legal Services before entering the private practice. He has served as a Senior Assistant Registrar at Kuala Terengganu (1980-1982-1983), as a Magistrate in Kelantan (1982-1983), and as a Federal Counsel at the Attorney General’s Chamber prior to being called to the Bar in 1985.

 

Encik Mohd Nordin has more than 20 years of experience in criminal cases for example murder and drug trafficking cases as well as in corporate and conveyancing matters. His experience in advising various corporate exercises is immeasurable as he constantly counsels the local municipal council of Kelantan in various legal issues. His good working relationship with the Kelantan State government, government linked organisations and other regulatory authorities have made the firm well known for its unwavering reputation amongst its clientele.

 

Encik Mohd Nordin plays an active role in several corporate organisations as well as government bodies particularly in the State of Kelantan to date. In 1992, he was appointed as a Board member of Hotel Perdana Sdn. Bhd. and he has served the Board till 1995. In 1994, he was bestowed with a Setia Mahkota Kelantan (SMK) by the Sultan of Kelantan.His immense knowledge at law brought him to the Kota Bharu Municipal Council Islamic City (MPKB-BRI) as a member of the Council in 2003.

 

He is currently a Board member for Kompleks Perkayuan Kelantan Sdn. Bhd., panel to the Disciplinary Board of the Malaysian Bar, Chairman of the Committee of Law, Enforcement and Traffic as well as Chairman of the Service, Promotion and Discipline of Kota Bharu Municipal Council Islamic City.
