Our Corporate Banking expertise includes Islamic Banking as well as Commercial Banking. Wan Haron Sukri & Nordin has ample and long standing experiences and track record in the preparation of Islamic financing legal documentation in line with the rise of the Islamic Banking and Finance sectors.

Starting in the early 1980’s with Bank Islam, the firm assisted with competence in developing the Islamic security instruments from the fundamentals to the more multifaceted documents. Since then, Wan Haron Sukri & Nordin has assisted banking institutions such as Maybank Islamic Berhad, CIMB Bank Berhad, Affin Bank Berhad and etc in the development of similar instruments.
