Corporate Services

This covers a vast area of company law including secretarial services to cater the needs of a company established under the Malaysian Companies Act, 1965. We at Wan Haron Sukri & Nordin are able to assist a company in the followings, namely:

• Incorporating a company
• Establishment of a foundation or charity
• To maintain and update all the statutory books and records so as to comply with the Companies Act, 1965 and other regulatory requirements.
• Provision of registered address.
• Lodgment of the requisite statutory returns and other relevant documents with the relevant authorities in compliance with the Companies’ Act, 1965.
• Attending Board and General Meetings, taking minutes as well as advising on procedures and meeting’s requirements.
• Preparing all the relevant directors’ and members’ resolutions.
• Advising on the requirements of all the relevant statutes to ensure regulatory compliance, including advising on the duties and responsibilities of directors.
• Apart from the above, we are able to advise and conduct preparatory work including lodgment of relevant documents to the regulatory authorities in various corporate exercises for example effecting changes to the Company Board i.e. change of directors or its particulars, conducting full company searches at the Companies Commission of Malaysia (CCM) if required and others upon request of the Company.
